Submissions are welcome from international presenters. Before submitting your abstract, ensure you follow the guidelines on this page.

Submission guidelines

Please ensure that your submission includes the title of your study, full name, email address, affiliation, abstract, bio-data statement.

​

The deadline to submit e-presentation abstracts is 30/04/2018.

 

The committee reserves the right to reject any abstract that does not comply with the length and formatting requirements or is received after the deadline.

How do e-presenters present?

 

The e-presenters whose abstracts have been accepted will be notified through email and be requested to:

 

  • Create PPT and WMV files of their presentation. This will allow the presenters to record their voice on their PowerPoint slides. If presenters need support with this, they may visit https://goo.gl/B1QHZ3.

  • Share the MS Word, PPT, and WMV files with us for quality and originality checks by 04/08/2018.

  • Submit the finalized WMV and PPT files of their presentations before 11/08/2018.

Where and when will e-presentations be available?
